Mr. Xindong WANG Vice President

Mr. Xindong WANG graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor's degree in Agronomy and another Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Management from China Agricultural University. He joined COFCO in 2020.

Mr. Lin QU Vice President

Mr. Lin QU graduated with a Bachelor’s degree of railway traffic and transportation management engineering from Beijing Jiaotong University and a MBA degree from Tsinghua University. He joined COFCO in 2021.

Mr. Guanghong XU Vice President

Mr. Guanghong XU graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics with a bachelor's degree in economics. He joined COFCO in 1992.

Mr. Lijun QING Vice President

Mr. Lijun QING graduated from Renmin University of China with a Bachelor’s degree in Investment Economics and MBA degree from Peking University. He joined COFCO in 1993.

Ms. Huiqing YE Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Huiqing YE holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Beijing Technology and Business University where she majored in Accounting,  and a Master's degree in Accounting from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. She joined COFCO in 2024.

Mr. Laibin ZHU Vice President

Mr. Laibin ZHU studied accounting at Zhejiang Gongshang University for his Bachelor's degree in Economics and received his EMBA degree from the Business Management Program co-founded by University of Science and Technology Beijing and the University of Texas at Arlington. He joined COFCO in 1993.

Dr. Guanglu SHAO served as Vice President of China United Network Communications Group Co., Ltd., and Board Member, President of China Telecom Co., Ltd.

Mr.Kenneth Fok Kai Kong Board Member

Mr. Fok Kai Kong graduated from the University of Oxford, majored in Economics and Management.

He serves as Deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, Vice-Chairman of All-China Youth Federation, Member of China Federation of Literary and Art Circles (CFLAC), Member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council,and Vice President of Henry Fok Ying Tung Group Company Limited.

He joined COFCO in 2023.

Mr. Gang FENG Board Member

Mr. Gang FENG served as Vice President of Air China Limited, Board Member and President of Shenzhen Airlines Company Limited, and Board Member, Vice President of China National Aviation Holding Corporation Limited.

Mr. Xiaoxiong ZHUANG Board Member

Mr. Xiaoxiong ZHUANG, fulltime external Board Member for Chinese central State-owned enterprises, served as Chairman of China Textile Academy, Chairman of Genertec Advanced Materials Co., Ltd., and Vice Chief Engineer of China General Technology (Group) Holding Co., Ltd.

Dr. Haibing XIE Board Member

Dr. Haibing XIE, full-time external Board Member for Chinese central State-owned enterprises, served as General Manager of Financial Department of China National Petroleum Corporation, President Assistant of China National Petroleum Corporation, Chairman of CNPC Capital Company Limited, and Chairman of Kunlun Capital.
